What are you doing next Winter??

At SET Fly Fishing we are always planning your next great adventure. From the beginning, we have been a team of passionate anglers and hardcore explorers with a vision – to bring the most exciting and adventurous fishing vacations to anglers from around the world.

Today, we are a company that operates six lodges with a dedicated staff of nearly 100 employees. Even with the larger team, we are still devoted to keeping that vision alive. Reflecting on our wide array of programs, that is what keeps our guests returning season after season and referring friends to come for the trip of a lifetime.

While it is still mid-summer in the Northern Hemisphere, we are starting our fishing seasons and our available dates are nearly filled. If you haven’t made your plans yet, this might be a good time as many people are still occupied with enjoying summer vacations. We might be able to find the fishing dates you are looking for.

We have already opened the first season at Jetu’u Cabaña de Esteros, our third lodge that completes the Golden Dorado Experience, continuing in September with the La Alondra and Itati Lodge.

Trout season grand opening in Patagonia is on November 1st for Spring Creek and Casa de Campo, while the Heli Fishing at Chochoy Mallin will begin on December 30th, 2023.

We are expecting another marvelous season in the books of SET Fly Fishing. Don’t spend a cold winter in the north gazing out the window, when you could be casting a fly in a warm part of the world!
See you all next season!

It was late March in the highlands of Northern Patagonia, the kind of afternoon that seems to belong only to this corner of the world. The Codihue River lay calm, sunlight spilling across its clear runs, willows trailing in the…

Dustin Carlson isn’t just a passionate fly angler—he’s someone who’s built a life around chasing fish in wild places. Raised on trout streams in the Rockies and obsessed with streamer eats, his journey has taken him from muskies and carp…

Kevin Landon has been part of the Set Fly Fishing family for nearly a decade, but it all started with a cold email and a custom trip idea. This past season, we invited Kevin to experience our new Rakin and…

(and Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Book Your Week) There’s a reason Spring Creek Lodge fills up fast. It could be the pond out front, calm as glass on arrival day. Or maybe it’s the quiet hum of familiar voices and the…
