The lower Paraná here is wide and slow-moving, full of structure: sunken timber, current seams, baitfish balls that dorado push to the surface. We fish it with fly and spinning gear both. The water calls for reading current more than casting distance, so it suits anglers who like figuring out where the fish actually are. Tararira, chafalote, palometa, and surubí show up too, so the net rarely stays dry for long.
