News From Spring Creek Lodge

by Gustavo Hiebaum

Season after season, we welcome back a large number of repeat guests that over the years have chosen us for their yearly visit to Argentina. Along with them, families and new friends are coming to discover for the first time, why this place is so special.
In the off-season, we are constantly planning new projects and improvements to refresh the experience for our returning friends. Now preparing for the upcoming 2022/2023 season, we are working on a couple of exciting projects at the lodge.
At the main lodge house, we are in the process of replacing and upgrading hardwood floors, doors and windows. And on the outside, new decks, seating areas, and an outdoor fire pit that will create a cozy environment for adding the magnificent Patagonian skies and sunsets to your journey’s memories.
We put in a private garden to grow our own selection of fresh veggies and berries, that will probably be the new toy for our Chef, Federico Castro, to delight our guests with new dishes and culinary creations. A large greenhouse will be home for some of these plants, and a semi-covered dining/kitchen area next-door will allow us to host cooking classes as well as typical Argentine Asados.
Below we want to share our new video presenting the Spring Creek experience, and we hope to see you soon.
