Have you been holding off finalizing plans for international travel? We have been getting numerous calls related to the 2023 winter season ahead from friends who have been reluctant to schedule a trip. It’s understandable, considering the past couple of years of cancellations and rolled-over trips.

Even with a record season ahead, we have been able to accommodate most of our guests with the travel schedules they were looking for. The season has started spectacularly for both Golden Dorado and Trout, and guests are thrilled. Give us a call, Matias, Florencia, and Lucila will do everything possible to get you the destinations and travel dates you are dreaming about.

Autumn in Argentina, through the months of March, April, and May, brings some of the most stable and beautiful weather conditions. So, whether you are looking for Golden Dorado for Trout fishing in Patagonia, it will be a great time to come.

In the upper Parana, it’s the calmest time of the year with reduced boat traffic. The Dorados will be rushing to feed before the colder months arrive, and if the water levels are right, Pacu will get active on falling fruits. On the wetlands, you will find calm, peaceful days and mild weather conditions, which makes for the most pleasant experience through the long season.

In Patagonia, autumn yields some of the best mayfly hatches of the entire fishing season. The morning frosts push the hatches and spinner falls to the central part of the day, offering long hours of trout sipping dry flies from the surface, and great fun casting to the rises with tiny flies and long leaders.
