This walk and wade small size freestone river has very close similar structures to the lower Malleo River, medium to small sized rocks, but on a smaller scale. The main difference is that this river doesn’t have a lake as a water source and collects its flow from many different small springs and streams. Morning hatches are the most predominant and the fishing is mainly focused on rifles and foamlines. Dry/dropper is the most effective way to cover these waters, but we can also have the possibilities to cast to a rising fish or sight fishing for rainbow and brown trout.
Beside all this listed waters we fish, we frequently visit many other small creeks and spring creeks tributaries of the large rivers and lakes that we want to keep under the radar!
