The largest of the streams that run along the property is a medium since stream which can be floated on a couple of sections until the middle part of our summer. This river starts over 30 miles away of the Ranch on the highlands of the Andes range. After collection on its trajectory several creeks builds up to a good size stream that combines boulder white water runs with long flat waters sections. Summer months bring dragonfly, some weeks with willow inch worm hatches follow with a prolific hopper season. A productive population of rainbows and browns in 12 to 18 inches bring great action to our days while larger trout up to 6 inches can surprise us anytime. The lower section of the river is only 20 minutes from the lodge.
